Management audit

Management audit is a systematic and detailed process of assessing an organization’s internal management structure to identify inefficient practices, excessive costs and areas requiring optimization. This tool serves as a basis for transforming and improving internal policies, decision-making processes and inter-unit interactions, which in turn contributes to a more transparent and efficient management model.
The management audit process includes a comprehensive assessment of the functioning of all levels of the organization, from strategic management to operations. The audit provides a detailed diagnosis of the interaction between departments, analyzes the effectiveness of current processes and decision-making methods, and identifies key problem areas. The use of such tools as functional audits, process analysis, and verification of the fulfillment of strategic goals using KPI (Key Performance Indicators) and OKR (Objectives and Key Results) allows to identify bottlenecks and areas with high potential for improvement.
Special attention is paid to assessing internal controls and corporate governance. We analyze the mechanisms for ensuring compliance with internal regulations as well as international standards, identifying areas for strengthening controls and improving compliance. In addition, we review the compliance of existing processes with laws and regulations.
The audit also includes an analysis of HR and motivational practices, which helps to ensure harmonious development of the organization through effective human resource management. We evaluate the process of recruitment, assessment and development of personnel, as well as the system of remuneration and employee engagement, which directly affects productivity and the overall atmosphere within the company.
The result of our management audit is not only the identification of current weaknesses, but also the provision of specific, targeted recommendations to improve management structure and processes.
